At Casa de Raícez, every piece in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each item unique and full of character. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we gladly offer store credit to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our barro pottery, palm hats, and artisan pieces, we do not offer refunds.
  • Instead, approved claims will be issued store credit for the value of the item.
  • Natural variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package each order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right with store credit.

To submit a claim:

  • Email us at casaderaicez@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a store credit code via email that can be used on future purchases.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee any changes.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit unless damaged:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

5. Store Credit Details 

  • Store credit is non-refundable and does not expire.
  • It can be used exclusively at www.casaderaicez.com on any future order.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
